2024 Office Hours over the Christmas period

As the year ends, we extend warm wishes for a Merry Christmas and a restful break. Thank you for your continuous support throughout 2024.

Please note that Focus branches will be closed over the Christmas period. 

All offices will re-open at 8.30am on Monday 6th January 2025. 

During this time, limited staff will be available for technical support.

If you require support services during this time, we offer a short term on-call support plan with guaranteed response times. If you anticipate the need for this service, kindly contact us promptly. 

During the non-statutory holidays within this period, we will maintain a skeleton staff to provide remote support and onsite assistance for urgent work.  If you find yourself in need of assistance over the holiday, don’t hesitate to give us a call, and one of our staff members will get in touch at the earliest opportunity.
