How We Helped
In 2015, McCulloch & Partners relocated to a new office on Don Street, Invercargill, as part of a multi-million-dollar development aimed at revitalising the city’s central business district. This move marked a significant transition in their operations, necessitating enhanced IT solutions to support modern business practices across all their branches, including those in Wanaka, Queenstown, and Te Anau. A key focus was transitioning to a paperless system with cloud-based data storage, ensuring seamless access to information across locations. Additionally, they implemented Microsoft Office tools and prioritised cybersecurity by adopting KnowBe4, a phishing simulation and training platform. These advancements not only modernised their operations but also equipped their team to safeguard client data effectively and navigate evolving technology demands.
