Towbar Express is a humble Christchurch business established in 2002, boasting over 20 years of experience providing towbar services in New Zealand. Friends Al and Clyde identified a gap in the towbar production industry, prompting the inception of Towbar Express. Over the years, their brand has expanded to include two more brands, LOCKON and MAXIM, which serve as the OE brand of towbars. They have carved out a niche in the market by maintaining a comprehensive database of towbar information for any brand and year of vehicle, giving them a significant competitive advantage. This is facilitated by their meticulous system known as the Blue Book. A customer can place an order for a towbar as early as 9:30 AM and have it manufactured, painted, fitted, or couriered overnight.
