We had multiple meetings for brainstorming which were followed up with Project Status Reports outlining current key activities and, if there were any issues, how they were going to be rectified before going live. These reports also had the budget value, the work in progress value and total invoiced which was great to see how spending was tracking. Focus had a team working with us, and they were all great at listening to our needs.  Each of them had an area of expertise so would work with us recommending solutions and solving any issues in that area.

Moreover, we have got a much better accounting system at the recommendation of Focus, and with the functionality of Fetch we are now much more automated with less manual keying.
